Carla deBoer has been documenting her world through photography for more than twenty years.

She lives in California with her husband, where together they run the epicenter of “culture” in Quincy, California – The Eagles Nest Frame Shop.

Her thoughts on photography:

We have moved into a new era with digital photography.

It has made it easier to get the result you want quicker but it all goes back to the basics. Composition, lighting and just having the “eye” can not be beat.

 Capturing “the moment” is the goal I hope to achieve when photographing.
